With great pleasure, Welcome you to celebrate Japanese tradition through the Chanoyu (Japanese Tea Ceremony) and seasonal ChaKaiseki (Tea Ceremony Kaiseki)

*The late 16th-century Japanese tea master Sen no Rikyū played a significant role in developing this cuisine. He sought to elevate the practice by emphasizing simplicity, humility, and an appreciation of nature. He introduced a lighter meal known as Cha-kaiseki to complement the strong matcha tea served during the ceremony.

EunYoung Sebazco, her long journey to practices the tea ceremony, and expresses all her creativity through Japanese-inspired ceramics, floral art, landscape design, and culinary arts.

Shokuzen-shu(食前酒): aperitif

Sakizuke (先付): appetizer

Nimonowan (煮物椀): clear appetizer soup
Kombu (kelp), mushroom, & mu (Korean radish) broth based - mu, back choy, bamboo shoot, silk tofu
