Kinka Kreatures
During the COVID-19 quarantine in NYC, our resident artist, Tom Sebazco, turned the unexpected downtime into an opportunity to stay positive, productive, and creative.
With our store’s original launch date of March 17, 2020, delayed, Tom focused on designing unique items for when we could eventually open—hopefully by Halloween. That’s when KINKA Kreatures were born: quirky, little plant monsters meant to serve as creepy yet charming garden gnomes, each brimming with personality thanks to their expressive mouths and feet.
Our neighbors loved them so much that we decided to keep them on our shelves! YES, they’re for sale and more are being “spawned” as we speak. The originals have all sold out, so you’re now seeing the seventh generation of these delightful creatures.
If you’d like a custom-made KINKA Kreature, feel free to reach out to us at hello@kinka.nyc.
